Course Highlights
Classroom to Pool: Practical, progressive instruction
The course mixes SSI online theory with in-person instruction: classroom study, a pool session to practise rescues and self-aid, then open-water scenarios that reinforce tow, search and surface-recovery techniques.
Rescue skills you’ll practise
You’ll learn to spot and respond to stress in yourself and others, execute buddy-assist and self-aid techniques, perform rescues for panicked or unconscious divers, run missing-diver searches and practise safe transport and rescue tows.
SSI-recognised rescue certification
On successful completion you receive an internationally recognised SSI Diver Stress & Rescue digital certification that documents your competence in emergency management and reinforces core open-water skills.
