What the day feels like
What the three days feel like
After doing the online modules at your own pace, you’ll meet the team to review theory, get fitted for kit and run through confined‑water skills in a pool. The next day is dedicated to two shore dives at Jones Beach to practice those skills in open water; the final day puts it together with two boat dives out of Ulladulla for guided underwater time among the fish.
