Morning Light on Quail Lake: Paddleboard Restorative Yoga, Crystal Soundbath and Brunch beneath Cheyenne Mountain.
On Quail Lake, framed by Cheyenne Mountain and the Pikes Peak Front Range, Dragonfly Paddle Yoga runs a deliberately gentle two-hour SUP experience that layers restorative yoga, quartz crystal soundbowls and a lake-ready brunch. The emphasis is slow, steady breathwork and the tactile calm of standing or sitting on a GLIDE Lotus hardboard while native and migratory birds and dragonflies thread the shoreline.
