What the day feels like
What a typical session feels like
A Surf Sistas session unfolds with a short check-in, a guided warm-up and safety briefing on the sand, then an hour of in-water coaching focused on paddling, popping up and wave selection, ending with feedback and next-step guidance. Multi-week programs layer these sessions into progressive skill-building over 4, 8 or 12 weeks.

Frequently asked questions
Planning Your Outing
I’ve never surfed before. Is this for me?
Absolutely. Total beginners are welcomed and the program creates a safe, fun space to start your surf journey.
Can I join part-way through a program?
Ideally not; however the operator can help with a missed lesson or two by utilizing a make-up lesson.
Do I need my own surfboard or wetsuit?
No — all equipment is provided, though you may bring your own board or wetsuit if you prefer.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety is prioritized: if conditions aren’t surfable the session will be rescheduled or converted into a land-based surf theory and movement session; the program generally runs rain or shine.
Is this suitable for all fitness levels?
Yes — surfing is adaptable and instructors work at participants’ pace, but a basic level of swimming confidence is needed.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes — you can book together or join the same group if spots are available.
