What the Three Days Feel Like

The experience moves briskly: complete 5–6 hours of SSI eLearning before arrival, then spend Day 1 in classroom review, final exam and pool sessions to rehearse essential skills. Days 2 and 3 are dedicated to open-water dives with an incremental depth progression, culminating in certification and the included Cook Island double-dive.
