What the course feels like

The rhythm of the course moves from classroom theory to confined-water drills and then into open-water dives. You learn equipment setup and basic dive planning, practise essential underwater skills in calm, supervised conditions, then complete several supervised dives to demonstrate competence. By course end students are signed off as certified divers able to dive to 18 metres.
