Reservations require a minimum of 10 guests; the workshop accommodates up to 20 people Monday–Saturday and up to 30 people on Sundays only. A $25 non‑refundable deposit reserves the booking.
Hosts may bring wine or champagne (no hard alcohol) and light finger foods such as pinwheels, mini sandwiches, fruit and cheese trays, charcuterie, or small cupcakes. Do not bring items that require heat, chafing dishes, or must be kept on ice.

How long is the session?
The Private Parties session runs 2.5 hours; the core candle production component can be completed in a focused period within that time.
What is the minimum and maximum party size?
A minimum of 10 people is required; maximum capacity is 20 people Monday–Saturday and 30 people on Sundays only.
What are the costs and deposit requirements?
A non-refundable $25 deposit reserves a spot. For one 8oz candle the total is $50 per person ($25 deposit + $25 due day of session); for two 8oz candles the total is $75 per person ($25 deposit + $50 due day of session).
Can I bring food and alcohol?
You may bring wine or champagne and light finger foods, but no hard alcohol and no food that requires heat, chafing dishes, or being kept on ice.
Are children allowed?
Children under age 12 are not permitted in the space during sessions. Additionally, effective 08/08/2025, children under age 8 are not permitted.
What if my group shows up late or has fewer attendees than planned?
There is a 15-minute grace period; arriving beyond that may mean missing material. If the final headcount is fewer than 10, a $25 per-person fee will be added to the host’s bill to cover the shortfall.
