Every participant must hold a ticket—spectators are not permitted. Vouchers can be purchased and have a 12‑month validity.

Can I join my friend or partner if I don’t have a ticket?
Unfortunately, no. Due to the way the event is structured and the room capacity, all guests must have their own ticket to participate.

Yes. You can select from 5ml, 20ml or 30ml atomisers, and you can upgrade on the day if you wish. You can also create additional fragrances during your session.
Can I reorder my fragrance in the future?
Absolutely. Your fragrance formula is stored and registered for life in your online account, so you can reorder your signature scent anytime.

Yes. Afternoon Tea and other add‑ons can be booked at the time of purchase or up to 14 days before your event.
