Planning Your Outing
Can I pick up my candle the same day?
The studio strongly encourages picking up on another day so candles can properly set; customers unable to return may qualify for same-day pickup under certain conditions—see the operator’s FAQ page for eligibility.
How long does the studio hold poured candles?
You have 14 days from the day you poured to pick up your candle; items left longer will be considered abandoned and put up for adoption, with proceeds going to a local charity.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes — the studio offers flat-rate domestic shipping for up to four candles for $12 if you cannot pick up in person.
Can organizations make tax-exempt purchases?
Yes — eligible organizations must complete and sign the TC-721 or TC-721-G form and email it to [email protected] at least 48 hours prior to their visit for the tax to be waived.
Can gift cards be used to book online?
No — gift cards cannot be used for online bookings at this time.
