The full experience is about 4 hours including transportation; departures run daily at 9:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 2:00 PM.
Roundtrip transportation is provided from select areas in San Juan; confirm your pickup point at booking.
Wear comfortable clothing such as leggings or shorts (no bathing suits) and closed-toe tennis shoes; water shoes, flip-flops and sandals are not allowed.
Maximum weight is 250 lbs (113 kg); children under the stated minimum age or height cannot join; minors must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or older.
