Carlos's hospitality and the tubing experience with Alejandro were spectacular. They were waiting for us with a hot towel after we finished tubing because it was quite cold, and when we got back to the shop, they were waiting for us with bottles of water and cut fruit. Besides the excellent service, the activity was really cool, and we felt very safe with Alejandro the whole time. I wish we'd had better weather to enjoy the Celeste River.

We had an absolute blast!!! The rapids were extremely fun and our guide Elmer was fantastic at guiding us down the river, talking to us about animals we saw along the way, and we even stopped to jump into the river. I highly recommend Elmer as your guide and expect to have an amazing tubing experience.

Fantastic experience with very friendly guides. We came with two children, one of whom is a little apprehensive about these kinds of activities. The experience was incredible for everyone.

What a fun experience, totally recommended!! I recommend it to everyone. But, apart from the experience itself, I wanted to highlight the guide Dilan, who was wonderful in both his attitude and professionalism, and the entire team that managed it.
