Quite the Hike! One of the longest hikes and the most elevation change I have done for a while. Absolutely worth it though! Plan on it being a full day hike, bring plenty of snacks and water! The last bit at the peak is basically a scramble up to the top with no real designated trail and borderline boldering/rock climbing.

Climbed the higher right side on my second trip. Had plenty of energy since we took our time getting up. Don't take bottles or anything strapped to you if you climb the summit and expect the way down to be more difficult! A person coming down advised me on the path up. On the way down my bottle slipped out and fell a good 40ft. Adrenaline was pumping through my body. It was scary getting down! After that, the trip back was pretty easy. Of course, I am 60 so maybe not scary for everyone but the younger people with me didn't do the climb. My advise, go with someone who knows it well!
