A more beginner friendly trail to summit Gorgonio than Vivian Creek, at the expense of a longer route, both by driving and when trekking. High moderate difficulty

If you’re looking to summit San Gorgonio this is a great literature to Vivianne Creek trail. There’s less hikers and there are several water crossings that can be filtered for drinking.

Had the whole place to our selfs! Road is closed from Yucaipa but you can come around through Big Bear. My dog and I hiked to Poop out hill for the views and took the loop back to horse meadow. There are still a few water sources avaliable along the upper trail and my dog bandit took the opertuniy to cool down in one of them.
