My family and I decided to go on a hike and it was a great pick. Nice, beautiful and shady;there was even picnic benches throughout the trails. They warn you about the hike back being uphill had me scared but it wasn't that bad. Pretty well maintained besides the horse poo. Everyone enjoyed the place and hike.

Fun easy well groomed trails. Gotta watch out for horses and hikers though. People have always been friendly. Make sure to get a pass if you plan on going on weekends and holidays. The poppy pass or equivalent won’t work.
