Having stayed at the Four Seasons Bangkok multiple times, I wanted to try the property next door, the Capella. I didn't regret it. While I love the Four Seasons, this hotel has a much more personal experience. The staff knows you by name, they care about your stay, and are willing to do anything to ensure you have a good time. My "Culturist" was available every night to help me with my plans. She was great. The rooms are incredible, the location is great. When it comes to luxury, you can't go wrong with the Four Seasons, but when you want that extra touch, try out the Capella.

A hotel for adults who like a calm atmosphere. Anyway, the service is good and all the staff are polite and friendly. The service was attentive to every detail and made me feel comfortable. It's not a big hotel, so I think it's suitable for people who want a quiet and relaxing stay. It was a very satisfying hotel compared to the hotels I have stayed at so far.

There is nothing to fault about this hotel! We stayed in the suite overlooking the river. 1. Our room has river views from bedroom, lounge and bathroom. 2. Customer service here should be the benchmark for all hotels! Amazing in every way. From reception to cleaners. 3. Superb health delicious breakfast options. Can't praise this hotel enough! Deserving of best hotel in Thailand.
