A very raw part of the Great Wall with a nice circular hiking trail starting and ending at Gubeikou village. Incredible views.

Gubeikou used to be an important, heavily guarded gateway from northern China to Beijing. The unrestored part of the Great Wall of China is approximately 40 km long and has 172 watchtowers.
