Beautiful lake. The boat rental was very affordable and the pontoon boat was very nice and in great shape. The water was very clear and clean. Fishing was pretty good considering we went in the middle of the day in August.

I hiked around the shore of the landing area. I came up around the back and lifted up a thin rope with a barely visible sign to walk a short distance across the back of the building so I could get to the parking lot. Pardon me for being a bit lazy at high elevation after hiking around the shore. A young woman with short brown hair comes out and starts loudly shouting at me, as if I'm some kind of criminal, "Hey, you're NOT SUPPOSED TO BE BACK HERE!" I was past the back of the building by the time this girl started rebuking me. I've never been to Lake Sabrina, I know nothing about the building. I was dressed in modest clothing and my attitude did not indicate deceit or larceny. She could have just gently reminded me that nobody is allowed in the back but immediately took to drama. Absolutely rude and unnecessarily offensive behavior.

Beautiful lake. Fishing was ok but it was probably it was already pretty warm for June. Still caught some. The cafe serves really tasty burgers and the tri-berry pie with ice cream was awesome. Awesome view to look at while eating. Friendly folks at the cafe/boat rental. Oh, Starlink access worked with my TMobile phone.

This little place offers visitors a nice surprise. They serve homemade pies! Upon ordering, they cut a slice of your choice, warm it up if you wish, and even top it off with some vanilla ice cream! (Optional of course) I believe the choices were Apple, Blueberry, and Peach. My backpacking buddies and I were thrilled to each have a slice before hitting the trail to Blue Lake for a few days. What better way to start our adventure!?
