Do not just pass this by, beautiful views from the boardwalk, day use picnic area. You won't be disappointed.

The name sorta fits, except it's way bigger than a 1/2 acre. There's a sign with a story about the name there - read it. Another sign described how some of Starship Troopers was filmed there. Free to pull up a look, with a large free parking lot. Well worth a stop.

Awesome, the only thing disappointing is lack of hiking trails. You see something so awesome but are unable to get closer
