A spectacle of nature

It's a beautiful but very challenging trail, so NOT RECOMMENDED for anyone who simply "walks" (or hikes). A trail for "mountain dwellers." The reviews I read provide little information. How can you write about such a "beautiful" trail, period, "rewarding" period? Sure, it's beautiful, but if you're not highly trained—a "mountain dweller"—you won't enjoy its beauty. It's a rollercoaster trail, with many climbs and descents, bushes covering the path, and rocks along the entire route, which prevent a relaxing walk. Also, if you suffer from vertigo, it's not for them because it's high and exposed. I even read a "review" that said it's doable for dogs. But where? Are there some sections where you have to climb a bit? Where do you take the dogs? In short, the information on this trail is scant and poorly written. And when you're hiking in the mountains, that can be dangerous. In short: if you're not a well-trained mountaineer, it's not recommended. If you're a "walker" (that is, someone who hikes or parts of hikes in the summer), I still don't recommend it. The Via degli Dei is better.

Historic processional path, always an important excursion, rather challenging due to its length.

A beautiful and rewarding route. The stages are very long, alternating between easy and challenging sections, requiring experience and fitness. Definitely not recommended in the summer season; you can simplify it by hiking the Path of the Gods from Agerola to Positano and then taking a bus up the ridge.

Great destination! Enjoyed the open trail and peaceful outdoor atmosphere.
