The pier shop is open, but I had a negative experience with the staff/owner. I went in to purchase a lighter as a gift for a friend, even though I don’t smoke. The employee assumed it was for me and went on and on and complained to the beach security. I wasn't even on the beach at the time, and this made me feel really uncomfortable.
