Unbelievable scenery! Long drive! Pay attention to your route, easy to take a wrong turn. I took it from Debois to Cora and then through Bondurant to Jackson and over Togwehee Pass back to Debois

I drove from Jackson east toward Pinedale, then north on 352 and 263 over Union Pass to Dubois and back on 26. I suggest a high clearance vehicle but the road is in great shape for 85% of the route (my average speed was 25mph). The interpretive site at Union Pass was well done and really interesting. What a unique geographical spot!

Went over this as a kid about 1970. We travelled in a regular 2W drive pickup and camper (my dad was an experienced backcountry driver). Magnificent, as is so much of the West. If there are only 2 other reviews it must not be travelled very much.
