Climbed Ely's peak with my son and grandson on a sunny Saturday afternoon in November. Lots of other people out hiking. Fun section of Superior Hiking trail with good views. Would be gorgeous with fall leaves but we were too late for that. Still pretty. Medium difficulty hike. My Grandson was excited to see a train right after we parked. Good day.

It was a little sloppy with all the snow melt, but once on the old rail bed it's a superb place to hoof.
