How good are your navigation skills? Getting to the trail head is a challenge. Google maps will get you close, the rest is up to you. The key is to follow the carsonite trail markers. Pay attention and they’ll lead you right to it. Once there, the trail follows a ridge, rising at an easy pace for a few miles. It’s a bike optimized trail with lots of fun features.

Awesome mountain biking trails, some jumps, berms and cool features built in. Some technical and some easy. Must check out if you are in Ely and have a bike. Trails are well marked. Upper trails still had a bit of snow left to melt but 75% ready to ride. Road in was bumpy gravel, I would park at the highway and ride in.
