We did the Summit Trail (Trail #1) at Mount Pisgah in August 2026. The trail is approximately 3 miles round trip and takes around 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on your pace. The trail is well maintained, with a combination of gravel and wide dirt paths. The highlight of this hike is the summit. At the top, there is beautiful 360-degree views across the Willamette Valley. You will also find a bronze relief map sculpture and benches to rest. PARKING- A $5 daily parking pass (or a Lane County Parks annual pass) is required at the trailhead. There was construction underway to expand the parking area during our visit, but we were able to find a parking space. SHADE- There is very little shade along the trail, so it will get challenging on hot summer afternoons. Consider hiking earlier in the morning. Facilities & Amenities- There is a clean restroom available at the trailhead.
