Incredibly exhausting yet rewarding hike. It shows some of the cool ruins of the old coal industry at Kaymoor. But be warned, there are 821 steps to get to the bottom of the gorge!

This hike is no joke, but we absolutely loved! The old abandoned mining area at the bottom was really cool to check out and look around. The first half of the hike is a steep winding, rocky trail with some steps. Second half is 821 wooden steps down. Take plenty of water...you'll definitely be glad on the trek back up.
