Nice hike, slight to medium grade, kinda rough. The view is well worth it on the bluffs off of the trail. The craggy rocks on that outcrop is beautiful, but it is not the nose. Pickens Nose is at the end, but hard to get to. Maybe 2-300 yards further up the trail it just ends. To the right of the trail is a small hollow near top, was overgrown. My son climbed down and got under it, i followed a tight trail on far side of hollow to take pics. It actually looks like andrew pickens nose. You can only see it from certain angles. The view from the rock climbing bluffs is outstanding. I saw alot of anchors.
