Ober Mountain Bike Park: Gatlinburg's Premier Downhill Destination

I wish I could give this a negative ranking, 1 star is way too much for this experience. I had a terrible experience at Ober Mountain. After waiting in line for three hours just to get on the tram, I found it completely not worth the money. The tram was overcrowded, packed with around 70 people, and felt more like a cattle car than a scenic ride. To make matters worse, the so-called "adventure pass" was an absolute scam. None of the rides were open or available despite spending hundreds of dollars. Once we finally got to the top, all we did was stand in more lines. By the time it was our turn for anything, everything was either closed or unavailable because of the massive crowd. It's clear they have no idea how to manage the crowd. If they can't handle the capacity, they should stop overselling tickets instead of scamming people out of their hard-earned money. This was a complete waste of time and money. Very disappointed and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Where do I start… you would think this experience would be worth the amount of money you spent to have fun with family and friends… oh boy was I wrong. This place is MONEY HUNGRY. Waited in line just to only be able to rock climb and go in the snow area (not spacious at all as imaged in their ads). Everything is overpriced. All the activities close EARLY!!! Lines are insanely long. Save your money anywhere else from here… TRUST ME. Me and my family had to leave disappointed. Do better Ober. I wish I clould receive my money back but NO. They know they are a scam which is why they place their “All sales final, NO refund” everywhere.

Very bad experience, we bought the tickets online to speed things up and in the same way we had to wait in line for more than 3 hours, 1 hour to claim the tickets and two hours to go up the mountain and the worst thing is that when you get to the top everything is sold out There are no attractions available. The place looks neglected. I didn't like it. I recommend Anake this a thousand times. It is a little more expensive but it is cleaner and more organized.
