Logistical nightmare, waited 2hrs to get here, waited another 4hrs for 1 ride. Then waited another 2hrs to get back to my car. Activity wise is a great place for family outing. Definitely won't be coming back.

We came all the way from miami and we had an 11am reservation. We sat in line to get in the parking lot for an hour and a half just to get turned away at the gate bc the parking was full. We spent over $300 on tickets and now still don’t know if we will get our money back bc they haven’t answered their phones all day. If you do visit, make sure you get there as soon as they open

Absolutely disgusting unorganized Money hungry Absolutely the WORST!!!!! 2hours in line is the minimum !!!!! You buy your tickets online just to stand in line to get a damn wristband!!!!!!!!!!! Point less !!!! Took all my time standing in line after line after line!!!!!!!!! Can at opening and still standing in line for tickets I bought a month ago online!!!!! Absolutely hate this place!!!!! Never a fkn again Food is $9 one nasty hotdog !!!!!! Prepare to stand in every line two /three hours !!!!!!!!! Can you say this place ruined my damn Christmas!!!!!!!
