Tropical Oasis at Flamingo Beach Club Bali

I am a regular customer, because I have been living in Bali for 4 years. Everything was great before, but now the service is just terrible. 1. When booking a cabana for 4 people, you are given 2 towels. There is no such thing at any beach club. 2. We visited this establishment on 04/12/2025, a child turned over a milkshake, in order to ask for it to be removed, we had to go to the waiter 6 times. When she arrived, we asked if it was possible to change seats because there were many empty seats, we were informed that there was no, she wiped it a little and everything else remained just as dirty. I went again and asked to clean up, they told me that I could be removed and come back later and no one else came, trash, dirty napkins, dirty menu, she threw all this on the floor and left it like that. We stayed for another 20 minutes, we realized that we couldn’t be in such an atmosphere and asked for the bill, when we paid, I again said, look how dirty it is, this is bad cleaning, they said sorry and left again, no one else came, it’s just terrible. 3. When we ordered dishes, they said that one of the guests does not eat meat, is it possible to replace it with seafood? The waiter most likely does not understand English, and said yes, of course, and brought a dish with chicken. In response to my repeated message to her that the guest does not eat meat, and we asked for a replacement, they said that there is nothing to replace it with. If she doesn’t eat, let her put the meat aside. I will never come here again, although the whole family used to visit often and recommended to friends, but if the management does not improve the service, I will be left without customers. I don't recommend visiting if you don't want to ruin your day. I ask the management to look at the photo and decide whether it is normal for the guest to sit in the mud.

A favorite tourist spot for children every time they go to Bali, especially when they run out of schedule for a bubble bath. The food is worth the price. The view of the beach club is also interesting. We can swim with a view of the ocean
