We stayed at Oasis 24.The apartment had beautiful ocean views, which was definitely the highlight of the stay. Unfortunately, the property itself felt very rundown and not well maintained. There was a strong unpleasant smell inside, the kitchen was extremely old, and many areas appeared dusty and in need of a deep clean and renovation.

The most wonderful stay - a huge thank you to Caitlin for making our stay special & memorable. Everything was on point - accommodation up to date, very clean & tidy. Exceptional location. We loved it and we’ll definitely be back soon.

We stayed at the hibiscus 204 and the apartment was very nice, however the air conditioning did not work very well / at all when we first arrived. Despite as asking to be provided with a more suitable apartment with working air conditioning the staff did not accommodate this. It was fixed to an acceptable level after 2 days, however impacted our holiday. I have since contacted Hamilton Island Holiday Homes about this many times and they have been completely unresponsive. Such a disappointing way for them to act and to not have a suitable way to raise complaints given the price of the accomodation

House was good, however the lights are too white and one of the rooms did not have a small lighter. Buggy is free which is nice! However, did not like that we were warned that if we don’t take the trash out we would need to pay a 70 dollars fee, which does not make sense - for what we pay it shouldn’t be necessary to take it out. Pool is really nice!
