The lake’s calm surface reflects the lush greenery and clear skies, making it a favored destination for those seeking scenic beauty and outdoor activities without the crowds.

The lake covers a modest area with roughly a 10-mile loop around its perimeter. Its waters are clear and calm, forming a perfect setting for fishing, kayaking, and small craft boating. Anglers have reported success catching bass and trout, highlighting Lake Summit’s reputation as a rewarding fishing spot.

A unique aspect of Lake Summit is its early 20th-century origin tied to hydroelectric development, adding a cultural layer to its natural appeal. Visitors appreciate the blend of natural charm and community care seen in the maintenance of lake access points. Great fishing but not all can go, you have to own in the district to get on and it can be a pain but worth it, open it to the public and quit this keeping it to the well off people

The elite bought out all the land and call the lake "private" shame on you all give back to your community not take away that's what's wrong with this country

Just because enough rich people bought the land around the lake doesn't mean they own the lake and anyone who thinks that's okay should read their history books to remember why Theodore Roosevelt made laws to protect body's of water from people looking to take away from nature the one thing God made for us all to enjoy is now an incorporated neighborhood of Karen's running of people off.
