Idk why I checked out this trail on google... but I just wanted to warn people about this hike. In 2017 I fell off the first waterfall (60 feet). My head smashed a rock. I was in a coma for two weeks. I was at the time quite a good hiker. But yeah, I'm not saying this is not a good hike, but for sure tricky! Be careful!

Its a beautiful trail and amazing area but its not a trail which is official or maintained so it makes it very hard to actually walk there. If you go the 30-50 first meter you get to a river already. Even those 40 meter were super muddy and hard to access.

This hike is not for the faint of heart. It is both a lower and upper body workout. Lots of ropes. Scaled a waterfall. Ridgeline hike a d only 12-18 inches wide at times. If scared of heights. Do not Attempt!! This is my favorite hike on Oahu. Very challenging with views of both Honolulu and the windward side. We used ice spikes over our shoes to keep us safe.
