Beautiful and breathtaking views of Narragansett Bay. It's a gorgeous place to watch sunrise and sunset. However, the state does not do a good job of maintaining the grounds. I have never been to a park with so much broken glass on the ground. It needs more frequent cleaning and patrols. On a few occasions, I saw people performing sex acts in the trees. I don't have a problem with it, but be warned if you take kids there.
