Pictures do not do crags like South Park and Motherlode justice. You simply have to see for yourself to believe it. The connecting trail system is a nice walk and well maintained. A word on parking - there is an upper parking lot that any car can get to. There is a steep descent on deeply potholed gravel roads to a series of lower parking lots closer to the main crags. Although I never look forward to carrying my gear back up the hill after a day at the crag, the walk is really just 5-10 minutes each way.

So many amazing crags here. Be careful of trying to drive into some of the parking lots as the roads are very rough.
