Treehouse Retreat in Manu Wildlife, Peru

Incredible experience in the forest! I took the 4-day tour; the group was small, with just 6 people, which made the experience very intimate and gave us the chance to fully experience the forest. Highly recommended!

We spent four wonderful days with Fidel in Manu National Park. He passionately shares his heritage and knowledge, we explored the wildlife, took a ride on the river in inflatable tubes, and access to the stunning treehouses is only by small boats. We felt we were in good hands for this true adventure! Muchas gracias Fidel!

Our trip to the reserved zone of the Manu Rainforest with Manu Wildlife Peru and Fidel as our tour guide was absolutely amazing. Fidel could spot many animals and could explain everything about the fauna because he grew up in the jungle himself and therefore as a native to the jungle could provide us with answers to all our questions. The accommodations were very good and the food from the cook Pedro was incredible.I highly recommend Fidel and his team as we always had very good time and we always felt safe and because he knows everything about the jungle due to his nativeness. We will come back for a longer tour!

I've been to quite a few rainforests all over the world, saw many things, but this 6 day tour exceeded all my expectations. Our guide, Benjamin is one of the best (if not the best) I've ever met! His knowledge and passion about nature is another level! We saw 7 monkey species, a tapir, a three-toed sloth, giant river otters twice plus countless birds and caymans. I had a wonderful trip and would go back anytime. Manu will always remain a wonderful memory.

It was a wonderful experience overall! Lincol was our guide, and he was amazing — very knowledgeable, passionate about wildlife, and funny at the same time, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We learned so much about the plants and animals of the Amazon. We were lucky enough to see several kinds of monkeys, parrots, spiders, toucans, caimans, and much more. The food at the lodge was excellent — probably the best meals I’ve had during my two weeks in Peru. They also pay great attention to dietary requirements, which we really appreciated. I’m giving 4 stars only because there was no electricity in the house. Aside from that, everything was fantastic and I would still highly recommend the experience!
