Very beautiful and impressive canyon. Hike to the waterfall difficult to find, not very accessible and very poorly marked, rocky, slippery and steep path ++. At this time no water in the waterfall. Not necessarily worth the detour (1 hour drive from Tepelene).

Easy access by car from Tepelene. Beautiful views of the canyons along this hiking trail. I strongly advise flashing the QR code at the information table at the top of the trail. It gives access to the GPX track to find the path, the latter is marked but not always easy to find. Be careful, the cliffs are very steep and no path leads to the water's edge, so don't expect to be able to swim there (unless I'm mistaken)!

The Nivicë canyon can be reached by a fairly decent drive. We parked in the middle of the village with no problem and for free. About 5 minutes from the car we reached the viewpoint, from which you could walk along the red trail to the hiking trail. However, we continued on towards Tepelenë, where the path continued along the river and the canyon. It was a good road and great views.
