The view is absolutely beautiful 360’. It took me 1h15mn to get to the top. There are many resting points seats & swings. There are a lot of mosquitoes recently. On the way back it took only 45mn. It’s totally worth it. Highly recommended Entrance fee is 40k. Things need to prepare before hiking: - Mosquito spray (You can buy the spray from the shop on the main street before the starting point). - Wear clothes that cover up - Big bottle of water - Proper shoes

Only 50,000kp for entry and well worth it! Quite challenging during rainy season as it is quite muddy and slippery but the paths are well maintained with ropes etc. Incredible views at the top. Took around an hour to ascend in rainy season and 45 minutes back down.

Stunning viewpoint! The climb is steep but worth it. If you'd like to stay overnight at the top, contact the Nong Khiaw Experience Tour agency, located just below. You can sleep and eat there for $30 per person.

Okay here is the review, First of all we started the hike around 15:00 on a sunny afternoon, temperature around the 35 degrees, as a white but chubby guy(1,80 / 86kg) I recommend to take bring enough water and take your breaks not only when you need it but also regularly in between, start not too fast the first part of the climb is directly really steep, after it gets a bit better and you are better protected against the sun and over half way it is getting steeper again. We did the hike up in 1h15 minutes but let’s be honest this is not a competition, just take your time and you will make it.
