Discover Tanzanite Beach Resort

A beautiful place for its greenery and its architecture. It's a shame the advertising doesn't make it clear that the adjacent beach is unusable due to the tides. But above all, the rooms are old and poorly maintained, with dirty sheets and towels (only one) upon arrival!!! The staff is unresponsive; in fact, they're extremely slow and completely inadequate. Drinks are available for breakfast, and if you're lucky, it takes 20 minutes to get a cappuccino or coffee. Terrible...it's only saved from a 0 for the greenery.

We stayed for 7 nights and it was great! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with everything we needed. We felt at home and we're greeted warmly everyday! The chefs were caring and nice. the rooms were clean. The hotel is on the beach with great view! Many sitting places where you can feel privacy if you wish to. Thank you for an amazing time!

I stayed at this resort in August 2026. We were a group of friends. The hotel is alcohol-free, so there was no chance of even getting a beer by the pool. The staff was unresponsive. We arrived at 10 pm and none of the rooms had linens; in my room there was only one towel, and it was dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. The shower faucet was loose from the wall, and the water barely ran. The pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. We asked for lower pillows every day, and only after the third night did they give them to us. I don't know if there are better rooms, but this hotel costs around €200 a night, and it's unacceptable.

If I could give the service a -5, I would. Be prepared for: Cold water, a 20-minute wait at least for a coffee, rooms not yet made up at 4:00 PM, broken pipes and water cuts. We had to ask for face towels because they weren't there! We asked for lower pillows...they replaced them with even higher ones, the toilet clogged frequently. The staff is either in a trance or asleep, reluctantly trying to understand what you want and then either not doing it or doing it excruciatingly slowly. Rocky beach, bland breakfast. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO RELAX BECAUSE THERE IS A HUGE CONSTRUCTION SITE OUTSIDE AND THE WORK GOES ON CONSISTENTLY FROM 8 AM TO 2 AM!!!! I rarely write negative reviews, but this hotel deserves them all.
