Tomoka State Park Midway through the Loop, be sure to visit Tomoka State Park, a Florida treasure neighboring the route. It offers stunning waterways and diverse wildlife such as herons, manatees, and even the occasional dolphin sighting on inland waters. Cyclists can follow the park signs or veer off for a short trail detour to stretch their legs. Key features: Picnic areas, interpretive exhibits, and access to kayak rentals (if you want to mix biking with watersports).

Beachside Ride along A1A The eastern stretch of the Loop runs parallel to A1A with uninterrupted ocean views. The Atlantic breeze makes this section particularly refreshing for bikers.
