Great spot for strenuous loop hike. Trails are well marked and well maintained. Pretty mossy oaks on north side of park. 0800 start very quiet few others on trail. 0930 finish lots of people present. No e-bikes a great play. Regular mountain bikers all courteous and able to share the trail. Single track meanders back and forth so manageable elevation gain. Straight up the High Road is a butt kicker with hard climb. Paid parking in lot has significant impact as chaos is less and spots are available.
