What a shame this is no longer free as certain greedy iwi with a separatist mentality have taken it away from everyone , enabled by weak government . Land with scenic beauty such as this belongs in the public domain and too everyone, regardless of race - not just the few using the race card to profiteer. Under the Treaty Settlements Act, these attractions were supposed to remain free to the public. At the end of the day it works against all of us, including Maori .
