Zero stars. Road closed so you can't get all the way to the top. Locked rest rooms. $5.00 per vehicle pay as you leave. If I were you I'd find a nicer place with open roads, open rest rooms and nicer views. $5.00 for limited access to a small canyon and no amenities is a joke.
