Unfortunately, we had to cancel our tour at very short notice due to illness. Our guide was very understanding and handled everything really well and professionally. Communication was easy and friendly. Thank you again for being so flexible!

Very good organised and pick up and everything else went really smooth! The coffee Plantage could be skip though since it’s more a selling event - however really enjoyed the hike

We had a fabulous morning. We booked last minute (yesterday afternoon). Surya was our driver. It was a private tour, 4 of us. He was excellent. We met our guide who gave us all a water bottle and head torch. The climb was tough, especially the last section which was quite rocky. It was all worth it for the sunrise. The descent was equally tough on the knees, with a few slips but seeing the view was worth it. We then went to the hot springs, Lake Batur is absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend this excursion.
