The largest glacier in Europe, an unforgettable experience. The glacier can be visited accompanied by a guide and special additional equipment. At the meeting point with the guide there is a large parking lot, toilets.

We signed up for a local glacier trip. We first took a four-wheel-drive vehicle and climbed the glacier wearing crampons. The whole trip took about 5 or 6 hours. The Blue Ice Cave was very beautiful. We also saw tunnels under the ice, moraine, and black volcanic ash. glacier ice
