Beau Point Beach is the southernmost edge of Sittwe City. Located between the Bay of Bengal and the head of the Kalatan River, it is also known as the Point Beach. It is called the point because it is in the farthest part of the city. On that beach, there is a large square to enjoy the view, and a viewing tower. a lighthouse A statue of Rakhine legend Arakan Beyal (also known as Nawarupa Beyal), which is a symbol of the Rakhine tradition, and a statue of a Han Rakhine warrior wrestling can be found. In addition to this, in the square there is a large statue of Han playing a flute and an ancient cannon about 5 feet long. The edge of the square is towards the southern end, and directly there is an old lighthouse called Lay Xing Taung. Ref: Wikipedia
