There is an old sign at the top of the hill, but the entrance is at the bottom. Although there is a sign that says “Staff Only” but it actually applies to vehicles only. Pedestrians can walk-in right in. Plenty of parking at the Gala across the street. It’s like a small aquarium, but since you can feed the fish, kids absolutely love it! Admission is 900 yen for adults and 600 yen for elementary and up. All the proceeds go toward coral research, so I don't mind visiting again and again!

It's not as good as I expected. It's very small, and it's quite difficult to find the entrance.
