I grew up on this river, swimming, tubing, canoeing, kayaking, camping, ect.... It's beautiful, home to the Trout, had a language all of it's own. The waters of a race of called the Au Sable River Canoe Marathon. I hope you enjoy it's sense of serenity as much as the locals.
