On the exposed flats of the Barachois de Carleton, Ecovoile Baie‑des‑Chaleurs offers an intensive perfectionnement Wing course: personalized coaching that tightens tacks and gybes, introduces or refines harness work, and drills race starts and rules so winter wing riders go farther, faster and with less arm fatigue.

Outing Highlights

THE PLACE

Barachois de Carleton — Wind and Exposure

The sessions take place on the Barachois de Carleton, a windswept, exposed shoreline that gives riders steady wind and open water‑ice flats ideal for practicing high‑power runs and extended harnessed periods.

THE TEACHING

Personalized, Goal‑Oriented Coaching

Instruction is tailored to each participant’s goals and skill level, focusing on maneuvers, points of sail, race rules and starts so you improve precisely where you need it.

THE TECHNIQUE

Harnassed Power and Endurance

A key module is harness use — learning to transfer load off the arms lets riders generate more speed and stay out longer with reduced fatigue.

What the day feels like
