Meeting and check-in occur at 410 Bagby Street, Houston, TX 77002; check-in window runs between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., with exhibit openings at 10:00 a.m. and rides opening at 10:30 a.m.
Groups may bring bag lunches and use outdoor picnic areas; there is no storage for coolers or bag lunches. Stingray food is available as an add-on but is not included with the standard pass.
A $55 deposit (plus the online booking fee) is due at booking; reservations generate a confirmation email and groups claiming sales-tax exemption must submit a signed Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate before the visit or taxes will be added.
Main Aquarium lot parking is paid upon exit via card or app (cashless). Buses may be asked to street-park or use off-site parking on busier days; plan arrivals accordingly.
If your group wishes to dine at Aquarium restaurants, contact the operator in advance; large restaurant reservations are limited and are not available Friday evenings or all day on Saturday and Sunday.

Cancellations must be made via email to [email protected] at least 48 hours prior to the visit; cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a $55 cancellation fee.
