What is the cancellation policy?

If the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, full credit is provided; refunds/credits follow a sliding scale—full refund/credit (minus processing fee) if cancelled 5+ days in advance; 50% refund/credit (minus processing fee) if cancelled 2–4 days in advance; no refund/credit for cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows.

What happens if it rains?

Goat Recess will be moved indoors to the barn in the event of rain or bad weather; the barn holds a smaller capacity and you may be asked to reschedule.
